DEALING WITH TERRORISM
God has not given us a spirit of fear, but power, love, and sound mind. (I Tim. 1:7) People have come to me and asked if we are to walk in love with our enemies and turn the other cheek. Vengeance is mine, says the Lord.
I thank God for the ministry of the military. Are we to be in war against terrorism? Yes, Matthew 5:44 says love you enemy; Matthew 5:39 says whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other; Romans 12:19 says vengeance in Mine, say the Lord. And this is what God set up so that evil does not overtake good. But look at what Romans says how God keeps order.
Romans 13:1-7 - As you see, God appoints the government and here God says he has ministries. What is our country's protection? The military was set up be God to keep the ministries of peace. He set up the policemen; he is called a minister also of God. He is to keep peace in our country. Do you feel this would be a safe place to live if it were not for our policemen? (I thank each one of you policmen, every military person, and every fireman for the ministry you are carrying out for us.)
The military is set up to defend and protect us. God has set up the military, the police, and out court system to carry out His ministers to avenge and execute wrath o those who practice evil. Verse 6 says this is why we pay taxes. We are not to go out as individuals and try to take vengeance on countries or people. God has set up the government, military, and courts to do this. Romans 12:3 says that if we resist this, we bring judgement on ourselves.
Folks, this terrorism that has come upon our country is not from God. John 10:10 tells us this in the first part that talks about the thief being the devil, with the second part of that verse talking about Jesus. We all need to read the Bible and then live by that Word so we can have peace.

After checking these scriptures out, we know terrorism is not from God but from the enemy, Satan. Also remember we bring things upon ourselves by the things that we do. Satan doesn't make us kill someone - he just gives us the idea - and it is up to us who we are going to choose to follow, God or Satan.
