| 1.5 Cup |
| 2 Cups Rapadura Sugar |
| 2 Fresh Brown Eggs |
| 2/3 Cup Maple Syrup/Sorghum/Brown Rice Syrup (any will work) |
| 2 Tsp Baking Soda |
| 1 Tsp Celtic Salt |
| 2.5 Tsp Cinnamon |
| 5 Tsp ground Ginger |
4 Cups Spelt Flour

| 1. Grease 13X9X2 inch pan |
| 2. Mix wet ingredients, then add dry |
| 3. Pour into baking pan, bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. |
| Makes about 24 bars. Bars freeze nicely. |
